The Internet of Things (IoT) is an important part of the new generation of information technology, which is also known as Pan-Internet in the IT industry, meaning that everything is connected and everything is connected. Its English name is "The Internet of things". Thus, "Internet of Things is the Internet of things". This has two meanings: firstly, the core and foundation of IoT is still the Internet, which is an extended and expanded network on the basis of the Internet; secondly, its user side extends and expands to any item to item for information exchange and communication. Therefore, the Internet of Things is defined as a network that connects any item to the Internet for information exchange and communication through information sensing devices such as radio frequency identification (RFID), infrared sensors, global positioning systems, laser scanners and other information sensing devices in accordance with agreed protocols, in order to realise intelligent identification, positioning, tracking, monitoring and management of items.
